Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-28

This is a working draft, written to be accurate about how the product actually operates — it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Treat it as a starting point, not finished legal advice.

The service

ClientBridge provides a business CRM with WhatsApp messaging. Access to a workspace is by invitation — an administrator creates an account for you and assigns your role. By accepting an invite and using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for who they invite and what role/department they assign — access within a workspace is controlled entirely by that workspace's own administrators, not by us.

WhatsApp messaging

WhatsApp connectivity is provided through an unofficial protocol integration, not Meta's official Business API. WhatsApp numbers can be suspended or blocked by Meta at their discretion, with no advance notice and no dispute process available to us — this is a real, ongoing operational risk of using WhatsApp through this method, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted WhatsApp connectivity. Don't rely on a connected number as your only channel of contact with customers.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to access another workspace's data, interfere with the platform's operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend an account that violates this.

Your data

You own the business data you put into your workspace. We store and process it to provide the service — see the Privacy Policy for what's collected and who can access it.

Plans and billing

Some workspaces are billed, some are provisioned manually under a separate agreement — whichever applies to your account is confirmed directly with you, not enforced automatically by the product today. We'll give reasonable notice before any change to what a plan includes.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
