What this covers
ClientBridge is a business CRM with WhatsApp messaging built in. Each customer ("workspace") runs their own isolated account and data on this platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone, and job title for anyone with a login.
- Business records — the contacts, organizations, deals, tasks, invoices, and products a workspace enters into the system.
- WhatsApp message content — messages sent and received through a connected WhatsApp number are stored so conversations stay attached to a contact's record. This includes message text and any media sent.
- Usage and log data — standard technical logs (timestamps, IP addresses, error reports) kept for security and debugging.
Who can see what
Access within a workspace is role-based — what a given person can see depends on their assigned role and department, enforced on every request. Workspaces are fully isolated from each other: nobody at one company can see another company's data through normal use of the product.
One disclosure worth stating plainly: the platform operator (the team running this hosted service) retains technical administrative access to the underlying database, which means they can technically access any workspace's data. This access is used only for support, security, and legally required purposes — never for reading message content out of ordinary curiosity, and never shared with or sold to a third party.
How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as a workspace remains active. If a workspace is closed, its data is retained for a limited period in case of accidental cancellation or a billing dispute, then deleted. Ask us at any time for a specific timeline for your account.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and its data. Contact your workspace administrator first for anything within their control (most account changes); contact us directly for anything else.
Third parties
WhatsApp messaging is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp platform, subject to Meta's own terms — ClientBridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Where email delivery is configured, invite and notification emails pass through the workspace's own configured email provider.
